Statistics scream shortages but maybe mirage

Candle, the IT recruitment arm of listed recruitment business Clarius Group, has sounded the alarm over the prospect of a new wave of extreme IT skills shortages.  It’s a view that’s sharply out of kilter with the peak IT recruitment body ITCRA’s, which says IT skills supply and demand are largely balanced.
