The iPhone 6 Plus, Apple Watch — and other highlights from the Apple event

Apple didn’t disappoint during its live cast announcement on Tuesday. The company delivered on all the big rumors as CEO Tim Cook announced the all-new 4.7-inch iPhone 6, the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus and the long-expected Apple Watch (not iWatch). Also on the docket was the newly introduced Apple Pay system, giving the mobile payments industry fresh momentum.
