This pilot fish mostly supports small businesses, but he also does occasional house calls for users who need it.

“I received a call from one of my home users regarding an issue he was having with his computer and printer,” says fish. “I headed over — and when I arrived, my client was face-planted on his computer desk.

“I started talking to him, got some stirring and helped him sit up when I spied a spoon and hypodermic needle. He face-planted again and I was able to find the spoon and get it out of the way but the hypo had disappeared.

“I continued talking to him, and got him to sit up again and saw the hypo in his lap. I got it and put it out of reach.
