If you bought a Nike+ FuelBand between Jan. 19, 2012 and June 17, 2015, you might be eligible to claim a little bit of cash. Nike is paying out $2.4 million to settle a class-action lawsuit claiming the FuelBand misled buyers by delivering inaccurate step and calorie counts.

As part of the settlement, Nike is offering a $15 cash payment or $25 gift card to eligible FuelBand buyers who submit a claim here. You can also exclude yourself from the settlement if you plan to challenge its terms in court or sue Nike or Apple down the line. If you don’t file a claim or exclude yourself from the settlement, you won’t be eligible for cash or a gift card and you won’t be able to sue.
